Bug fixed which causes MOSIXVIEW to crash if an Ip-adress range which 3. byte
was only one digit long was used in the /etc/mosix.map.

complet redesign of the GUI!
better parsing of the /etc/mosix.map (accept "ranges" now)
useable up to 30 nodes.
(it exits with more than 30 nodes, donīt know why but work on it)
Changes: comment out Windowstyle in main.cpp for compatibility.
